In our opinion Los Aqueros Golf & Country Club is not getting the respect it deserves and we as a company think we know why and hope we can help change this.

For many years Taylor Woodrow were selling properties on Los Arqueros Golf & Country Club as fast as they could build them and this was for many reasons, price, quality, services, infrastructure and reputation.

In those days only a very small number of real estate agencies were allowed to sell via Taylor Woodrow and now those agents have almost left the development behind and their clients with it.

This has left a bit of a void for property owners in Los Arqueros Golf & Country Club who are looking for an agent to work for them, an agent who knows and believes in the project.

It also means that only a handful of some 600 agencies were given the knowledge of the project through the building and sales process with Taylor Woodrow, the other agents spent their time creating a negative vibe for the project as they were not allowed to sell here.

We intend to remarket the project to not only clients the way Taylor Woodrow have been doing very successfully recently in the UK and throughout Spain but also to our collaborating agents here.

Agents and clients need to be educated or reminded that Los Arqueros Golf & Country Club is only a few minutes drive from Puerto Banus and Marbella, 6 minutes to the beach, 5 min to San Pedro town and now with the new road connections Malaga airport is only 35 minutes away.

Here are some of the local markets that take place around the Marbella area on a regular basis, usually between 9:30-15:00:

Monday:
Marbella, close to the football stadium. Alora. Benahavis in the square by the Town Hall, 11-3pm.

Tuesday:
Benahavis, Fuengirola, Nerja, Antequera, Puerto Banus.

Wednesday:
Estepona near the football stadium, Alhaurin de la Torre, Mijas, La Linea, Benalmadena.

Thursday:
