Viewing Trip
After 13 very happy years, we decided it was time to sell up. We knew the property market remained difficult, and we were quite prepared to wait for two, perhaps three years. We made our enquiries, and then called Ian who came round to talk to us, and to quickly look around the apartment. With his intimate knowledge of the market, and specifically of properties at Los Arqueros, we quickly came to a decision that he was the right man. We agreed the target price, and handed over electronic copies of our legal documents. Stan came round the following day to take wonderful professional photographs. We went home to the UK four days later. The apartment was sold after two weeks. Ian and our lawyer handled everything in our absence – it could not have been more straightforward. Ian is thoroughly professional, and is very easy to deal with. Calls are always returned promptly. It was a pleasure to use his services, and we can thoroughly recommend Los Arqueros Estates.
