Buyers tax break
Important news for property buyers here on the COSTA del Sol:
Now we have changes to the transfer tax!
Now the rates with resales are...
8 % - properties up to €400,000
9 % - properties priced
between €400,000 & €700,000
10 % on properties over €700,00
NOW until the end of this year there will be a single rate of 7%.
ALSO Stamp Duty was 1,5% and now it is fixed at 1,2%
