Villa "Casa Nina" is a characteristic Andalucian style house, beautifully set in a tranquil location of Atalaya Alta, on the border between Estepona and Marbella - west of the enchanting Marbella city centre (10 min drive), and just a 5 minute drive from the glamorous Puerto Banus.
This house is arranged over two floors. Upon entering the villa on the Ground floor, there are two double bedrooms, a bathroom, kitchen and a dining room. Through the lounge and you gain access onto a large size covered terraces with - leading directly onto the garden and the large size (12m x 6m) heated pool.
