I have just successfully completed the sale of my duplex apartment in Los Olivos at LosArqueros in these very difficult times, largely thanks to Ian Cooper of Los Arqueros Estates. As I was unable to fly to Spain to see to matters myself because of the Covid19 restrictions, Ian was able to organise everything, including arranging a removal company to empty my property and actually supervising the packing himself. Although my property was on the market for over a year, I found Ian to be very helpful, honest, as well as very professional and knowledgable about the local housing market.
